What Is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gentle and effective non-invasive treatment using specialised massage techniques to reflex areas of hands and feet.

From this action it stimulates positive effects to specific and corresponding parts of the body. Reflexology improves nerve and blood supply, relieves tension and can help promote relaxation and well-being

How It May Help:

Provides relief from pain.

Relieves stress and tension.

Improves blood flow and lymphatic drainage.

Aids in injury recovery.

Invokes feelings of well-being and increases energy.

Before, During And After:

In preparation for the reflexology you should refrain from eating any large meals for at least an hour beforehand. For your own comfort wear loose clothing but only your socks and shoes need to be removed for the treatment. Before the session starts there will be an opportunity to discuss your condition with the therapist to help focus the treatment, which will last between 20 to 60 minutes depending on your personal programme. Following the therapy we recommend eating only light meals, drinking plenty of water, avoiding strenuous activity and no alcohol for 24 hours.
