It relieves aches, pains, stiffness of joints and the build up of muscular tension. It provides a benefit to people experiencing physiological changes and is particularly useful for those recovering from surgery.

How It May Help:

Releases endorphins helping to relieve pain and anxiety.

Helps disperse and remove toxins.

Encourages the lymphatic and circulatory systems.

Improves the healing of scar tissue and adhesions.

Promotes injury recovery.

Your therapy will leave you feellng relaxed and invigorated. Afterwards we recommend that you should drink plenty of water, at least a litre, avoid strenuous activity and preferably no alcohol for 24 hours
